10mile.com Terms of Service

Welcome to 10mile.com (“10mile,” “we,” “us”). By using 10mile.com, including 10mile Member Radio (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
10mile.com is a music, culture, and community platform where members can share audio, build public artist profiles, and connect with creators and listeners. The Service is operated by 10mile LLC.
2. Accounts
You may browse and listen with a free account or as a guest where available. To upload audio or use paid member features, you must register and keep your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.
3. Membership and billing
Paid membership is offered at:
- Monthly: $25 now, then $10/month.
- Annual: $25 now, then $99/year.
The initial $25 covers your first billing period.
Paid memberships renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future charges, and your paid features continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Prices may change with notice posted on this page or sent to your account email before the change takes effect for your next billing cycle.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the audio, images, text, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). By uploading, you grant 10mile a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, display, and promote Your Content as part of the Service, including on 10mile Member Radio, for as long as Your Content remains on the Service and a reasonable period afterward for backups and promotion of the Service.
You promise that you own or have all rights needed to upload Your Content, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights. If we receive a valid copyright complaint about Your Content, we may remove it and, for repeat violations, terminate the account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the rights to share.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person.
- Post spam, scams, or misleading business offers.
- Attempt to break, scrape, or overload the Service, or access other users’ accounts.
- Use the Service for anything unlawful.
6. Business Spotlight and third parties
Business Spotlight features member businesses for community visibility. A feature is not an endorsement, and 10mile is not responsible for any business’s products, services, or claims. Purchases and dealings between you and any business are solely between you and that business.
7. Our content
The 10mile.com site, its design, logos, and original content belong to 10mile or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content licenses for material already shared, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, 10mile’s total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
